About the Job
Position Summary 
This Construction Service Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting construction and warehouse staff in ensuring properties are well maintained, site readiness, material handling, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. 

Position Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks as required for the jobsite including but not limited to:
  • Transport and handle materials between the Annex and field locations.
  • Assemble and stage build packages to ensure site readiness.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and Annex facilities.
  • Test and maintain tools to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Gather and organize tools to maximize team efficiency.
  • Support annex and site operations.
  • Assist with inventory audits.
  • Mow all land-held properties and clear properties as well as construction site preparation including but not limited to vapor barrier installation, temporary power pole setting, erosion control among other things. 

Position Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to drive a truck with a trailer and use landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Ability to drive large trucks; CDL not required. 
  • Ability to stand and walk the majority of the work shirt. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Timely and hardworking. 
  • Must work well with a team, courteous. 
  • Willingness to learn how to drive a forklift.  
  • Basic computer skills preferred, but not required.
